The Murder Done Ruthlessly, Nowadays.

     A middle-aged man, who was one of the lecturer in UTP (Universiti Teknologi Petronas) , was found dead and horrifically, headless in one of the toilet in UTP academic block. What do you think these people think? Where does the sense of humanity goes? The following paragraphs will describe more on the causes of killing, its effects and also how to overcome this problem.

     There are a few reasons why a person would kill. First and foremost, killing can be due to stress experienced by the killer. As for an example, there was a case about a young father who just had his first child. One day, he was stressed due to some personal problems. To add salt to the injury, his baby cried non-stop which is a natural thing that babies do. So, he took a short cut by choking his baby to death to make the baby quiet. Then when he was able to think straight, he felt so guilty and regretful.This vividly shows how stress can be dangerous if we do not know how to handle it. Besides, killing is also because of revenge. That is why we are advised not to make enemies, because if they were really hurt by us, it is not possible if they plan a murder to get rid of us.

     A lot of effects can be seen and problems will arise due to killing. Firstly, killing will bring trauma to the family of victim or the witness. Usually to prevent the same thing to happen again, the parents will take more precaution step to ‘protect’ their other children. Eventually, the siblings of the victim may feel they are being confined and leads to being depressed. If this kind of person rebels, they usually will act like a spoil brat and bring more chaos to the family. Then, another effect of killing is this will create a dangerous environment to the student in UTP. If the rumors about UTP’s low level of security spread out, the university’s reputation going to be down and many parents will be scared of sending their child to study there.

     To overcome this murder problem, a few steps can be taken. One of them is by increasing the number of hidden cameras in UTP to increase the level of safety. It is better this way so that if anything looks fishy or wrong somewhere, an action can be taken before anything serious happens. Then, motivational talk should be given by the society to the people about why we should not kill and its effect if we did kill in order to civilised a bit about the people’s understanding about the value of life of every person. Perhaps by doing this, the people will realise how bad is the crime of killing. Thus,we can reduce the problem regarding this murder crime, especially in UTP.

     In a nutshell, there are a few reasons why a person would kill, as well as its effects to the victim’s family, the witness or maybe the student of UTP itself but then, many authorities can play their roles in reducing murder cases and work together as a team to solve this problem. These future generations of our country must be saved from this serious problem, by involving herself or himself in the crime of killing people, so that they will not waste their talents and also the future that awaits them.
