REPORT ON WHETHER UTP STUDENTS HAVE
BEEN NAKED OR NOT INFRONT OF OUTSIDERS.
On 29th of March, 2012 a survey
was carried out in Lecture Room 14, at Block N at UTP. I wanted to know whether
someone has ever been naked or not in front of anyone else, excluding their
parents, siblings and the time when they were small. The survey was done by 34
students male and female of various backgrounds, races and nationality.
According to the results obtained, 10 out
of 34 students which is about 29% of the students admitted that they have been
naked in front of an outsiders. On the other hand, the number of students who
never do so is almost double the percentage, 53% which is 18 students. Another 6
students, about 17.6% of them gave uncertain answers. Thus, this shows that most
of the students have never been naked in front of an outsider.
According to my opinion this survey shows
that most of the students are shy to be naked in front of outsiders. To me this
shows how they can take care of themselves. Being naked is like having no
privacy and this can lead to social problems like having sex before marriage
which can also lead to baby abortion and dumping. Yes, maybe some people think
that being naked in front of our own best friend of the same gender is OK, and
no big deal. But then, the fact is if we think further, this promotes to
homosexuality. If they were naked for urgent cases, then only I can tolerate.
Hence, 10 of students who had been naked in front of an outsider show that they
are social. Maybe not all, but then it is believed to be most of them.
As a conclusion, this survey done by the
student of UTP proves that more students have never been naked in front of an
outsider compared to students who had, which is by about 24% more. Least
students gave an unsure answer which is by 35.4% less percentage than the most number
of students who have never been naked in front of an outsider.
