Solving Mental Problems Among College Students.
Have you heard about mental problems among the university students before? News Straight Times newspaper have reported that an international student from University Technology Petronas were having a mental problem and trying to commit suicide. Many of the university students having mental problems because being stress of their studies. Mental problems maybe also related to their family problems. The following paragraph will describe more on the causes of mental problems, effects of mental problems among university students and how to overcome this problems.
There are many reasons why university students having mentals problems. First is students are so stress with their campus lives. They can't adapt with this situations. Second is maybe they have family problems that make them worried. Besides, the reason that make them have mental problems also the can't finished up their assignment and getting stress.
There are many effects of this mental issues among students. First , their family will became sad. Next, if they have this mental problems, they will not get to finished their studies. Beside that, they also lack of knowledge and unrespect by people. Lastly, students that having mental problems also will hardly to get any jobs.
For solve this problems, there are need a few ways. First, administration of the university must identified the person who have possibility to have mental problem and give them counselling, self motivation and religious education. Lecturer also have to hold responsibility to give students advices and make sure students manage their time well.
To conclude all of this issues, there are many causes of mental problems among the university students as the negative impact to this country. But many authorities can penetrate together to overcome this problems. All parties must cooperate with each others to ensure our generation in Malaysia will not get involved in this problems.
